It also focuses on nurturing future talents who will lead the Group business based on the management philosophy and systematizing Re/Up-Skilling programs to create differentiated value in the changed management environment.

We provide systematic learning experiences through the most extensive domestic educational program and AI-based learning platform, ensuring that all POSCO Group employees can grow to their full potential within the organization, from preparation for joining to retirement.
