POSCO Group University provides systematic nurturing solutions by diagnosing capabilities in education planning, consulting, content development, and lecturing to enhance the professionalism of HRD personnel.
HRD personnel can establish Individual Development Plans (IDP) based on the results of capability diagnoses, participate in in-house Upskilling programs, and gradually enhance their expertise.

This program is also open to business company HRD personnel and employees in related roles.
